If I hadn't just started a completely different fic with Reid/Morgan in it I'd be totally sold on making this longer. For now, I think this is good. You're free to badger me about it though. I might change my mind at some point. Depends on where inspiration takes me.

I hope there's more too. I want to know what happens.

We might eventually find out, but it won't be anytime soon. This was supposed to be a one-shot so I didn't have anything in mind for what came next. I still don't. Sorry. But thank you for reading anyway.

WHAT?! That's not an ending, it's a cliffhanger! What's next? Does Morgan survive? Reid + hostage situation= beaten Reid. World of hurt and badness. With Morgan already inside, that only leaves Hotch to save his silly butt. What happens now?

I've got to write better endings. It really wasn't supposed to be a cliff-hanger but I now see how it obviously is one. Oops. I should probably hurry and come up with an acceptable continuation before I get fed to the wolves, huh?

oh, wow.

my first thought was "I love Reid's conversation starters!" but then everything became much more intense and really, just wow. I am loving how you shifted the mood without making it jarring and brought it full-circle at the end.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. :) I'd love to be a fly on the wall during any conversation between Reid and Morgan that began that way. Who knows what other epic literary works (or Star Trek episodes) Reid quoted to Morgan?
