Very touching and creepy at the same time! Reid/Gideon is a pairing with a lot of potential darkness and you delivered beautifully.
Hope you`ll continue writing CM slash , or maybe even a sequel for this ...

so, I did the pairing justice? I hope so. Those two have such a fluid energy, I just had to write about it.

I'll definitely keep writing for CM (slash and het). I love the show and there's so much chemistry everywhere. I'd have to burn my keyboard to stop myself. I don't know if I can do a sequel to this story, because even I'm afraid to know what happens next.

Thank you for reading and I'm glad you enjoyed it. I appreciate the comment.

I've never been a fan of this pairing before, but I really liked this story:-) It was very well-written, and extremely creative. Good job!!! :-)

I'm always glad when I can entertain someone who isn't a pairing supporter. I'm glad to hear you enjoyed it. (I love Morgan/Reid, too. My first CM story was about them. My next one is, too, actually. Gotta love that chemistry.)

Thanks for reading. :-)

This was beyond great~ I love the angle you built with Gideon, how it seemed like he had shielded away from seeing Reid breaking and trying desperately to keep both parts of his life away from one another. And it broke my heart to see Reid a shadow of his usual self but that was the point right?

You did a great job with their relationship too! You freakin' ROCK~

It hurt to write Reid as a shadow of himself, but I definitely thought I had demonstrate a difference between the man he would have become with the BAU and who he became instead. He always had a particular wisdom and charm of his own, in spite of his lacking social skills. The contradiction is what attracted Gideon in the first place. Their respective natures kept them together.

In some ways, Gideon was Reid's Bennington Sanitarium; Gideon kept him safe from himself and from the world, but he couldn't protect the world from him.

So, yeah, I loved writing their relationship. I wish I'd thought to add more on their day-to-day life. They seemed like they'd have a quiet existence; no less filled with passions than other people, but still even-keeled and stable. Hopefully, I managed to convey that anyway. I enjoyed this story a lot for it being a fandom I just got into a few months ago. I'm glad you enjoyed it, too.

Thanks for the compliment. You rock for this review.
