So, Santorum just had to stop himself in the middle of a speech because he was about to call Obama the n-word.

I almost wish that he hadn't caught himself, because already there are defenses of it - like this one, where a supporter says that he ~CLEARLY~ didn't mean that, you guys

I wish he'd actually said it too. The word obviously comes easily to his lips if he has to check himself. This means he says it all the time. >:|

Now I think people officially can't get away with supporting the guy. At least not in my book.

There's some things you just don't say. That is definitely one of them.

Has he made any claims as to what he "meant" to say?

Of course, I hated Santorum from the days when he was our senator, so I really do not need any further convincing not to vote for him under any circumstances. I'm frankly stunned that he's been doing so well in the primaries - where are people's brains?

(Side note: I applaud his dedication to his disabled daughter, but that's a separate issue entirely.)
