OMG! Poor kitty. One of our new cats would totally do that, but luckily we live in a house and we have screens on the upstairs windows. (And I checked to make sure the cats couldn't push the screens open when we had the windows open.)

Yikes cat. I bet she loves the balcony and doesn't realize how dangerous it is.
