:D

Nadia is eating dry food again! Over the last week she has so much more energy, she's eating more of the food we've been giving her, and now she's started eating dry food again, even if it's only a little bit. This is just such an improvement, and she's definitely put on at least a little bit of weight.

This makes me happy. :D

Also? ( Cut for spoilers for SPN 4x01, speculating for the rest of the season )

tv: spn, cats: nadia

No, they'd better not go that far. Seeing them take that journey into the darker side of things would be interesting, though - Buffy got progressively darker towards the end, and it's part of the normal progression of a hero for them to be tempted, at least. In no way would I expect that to include rape.

I actually don't interpret that scene as leading to rape - it depends on how you read the scene, but either way, yeah, I'd think of it as a demon doing it and chalk it up to the show and the writers failing, not Sam in particular.

But. Then we'd get to see Jared stretch his acting skills, playing a dark!Sammy - who would likely start off thinking that he was doing good, now wouldn't he? I see a gradual path for our Sammy, if he goes that route.

Yes, precisely. That's what I want. Sam isn't going to go completely dark, but his ideas regarding his newly discovered psychic abilities with controlling demons is going to be skewed. He knows that Dean isn't going to like the idea, so he's keeping that a secret. And with Dean's new revelation he's going to possibly keep that from Sam as well, especially if it involves saving Sam from whatever. But Sam does think he's doing it for the greater good, that his destiny has given him the advantage of doing these things without turning demonic.

But we know this isn't going to end well, that it'll bite him in the ass, and he's slowly slip farther away and that's what Dean has to save him. This idea as a whole makes me really excited for what's to come this season.
