Ok, I have a complaint. And I can't say anything to my family about it

i've never said "uncle" or "aunt" ... and that's usually because my aunts and uncles have told me not to. it's a bit formal and family shouldn't be impersonal.

continue to hold it in if you don't think you can say anything nicely. it'll all be over soon.

and i completely understand that, but they don't call other family members by a first name basis, and she speaks down to him. it makes me want to punch her.

in that case, that's totally annoying, bc you feel he's being singled out. that does suck.

Or pull her aside and politely explain that you sometimes feel like she is being disrespectful to your father and it hurts your feelings.
