it's always funny when you realize that you have no real attachment to a city anymore. either the places that make the city what it is to you are gone or they just aren't the same without the people that used to hang out there with you. i've come to realize, very slowly over the years, that i actually hate going up to huntsville. don't get me ( Read more... )

I felt SO horrible that I didn't recognize you right off! You looked different for some reason. And my brain was quite cloudy (not in a bad way) due to one of the people I was with. I didn't even realize you were standing next to me for a moment. I felt like such an ass!

move away from 280!!! move to southside and you will love birmingham again! i have lived in or around birmingham since i was 11. the only place in the 'ham where i can tolerate living is here in southside. it is probably the only place where it feels like a big city and small town all in the same day.

portland would be cool. i've thought about portland. but i feel the weather would depress me as i am easily affected by it. i WOULD legally be able to grow 12 pot plants there though! that's ONE upside to a seizure disorder! teehee..
