Everything, every small side-project I do but never finish, I archive. Either in public archvies, or personal, but I just do it. I know that if I or someone else ever needs what I did, I can find it. The worst thing that happened in my life yet was when my hard disk of three years broke. All the cool stuff I had there. Sigh...

I will create world settings, characters and concepts (and many times even post them publically!), and I will write short stories and post them places. Hell, I'm even interested in starting up a small project to try and summarise and give little blurbs of new animu and shows using only the first 3 episodes.
So I feel less bad about myself, but I do need to make more of my stuff public. Perhaps a proper blog, yes. Either way, thank you for the insight. It was... insightful. :B And it furthered my self-improvement, so yay.
