Ugh, I can't decide which sucks more for writing LJ entries . . . Word or Notepad. PCs suck, big time. I'd rather type my entry in the stupid box on LJ's Update Entry page than deal with either of these. But tonight, tonight I might buy my own iBook- for less than 60% of the retail cost. I'm so excited, I can't sit still. I kinda wish today

So I click on caligoarye's friends list, and I'm like "since when do you know her?" and then I'm like "don't you owe me more than 40% of the retail cost of an iBook?"

I know caligoarye because she and Dan were supposed to come to a dinner party I threw in doctorellisdee's honor, but the Gods decided that they should have a really, really shitty night instead. But she seems like cool people, I'm sure we'll meet up to go to Hell together or something soon.

I owe you $400. The retail cost of the iBook I like is $1600. I may hate math, but I'm damned sure that ain't 40%. :P

I haven't forgotten my debt to you, but this whole you-no-wanna-hang-with-me thing makes getting envelopes of cash to you something of a problem. I ain't writing you no more checks, you took three or four damn months to deposit the last one. :P

Hey, now that I actually live in the same state as my bank, it's somewhat easier. And iBooks can be had for around $1000.

I'm not actually opposed to hanging out with you per se, but it would be a whole lot easier if you hadn't decided to go out of your way to not be friends with janelemon.

Oh, I'm not dissing plain old text editors. Simpletext is fine, and I really like composing LJ entries in Stickies (which is kinda similar to Notepad, except it's more colorful and much better.) But whichever version of Notepad is in Windoze 98 sucks hairy donkey balls. It won't wrap text, which makes it extremely frustrating to use for more than a few sentences' worth of text.

I'll be there for Jeanie's, obviously I'm too late for Liz's. I was helping my friend Ezra set up her funky new iMac until waaaaaaaayyyyyy late, anyways. I crashed when I got home.
