so the other day i decided to watch supernatural, because it seems like everyone in the universe does - i'm sort of 2 thirds through season 1, but i decided that i'd just watch one episode with castiel in it because he seems to be just the best thing to happen since sliced bread (or maybe that's misha collins idk) - and so i was slapped in the face ( Read more... )

Awesome show! I'm slowly making my way through it, watching it with my daughter (which is the reason for SLOW). We are mid-way through 5 right now.

I'm still at the end of season one, mainly because my watching of it was interrupted by an internet-less holiday! I did watch a couple of random eps from seasons 4 and 5 though, just because I wanted to get in on all the Castiel appreciation, haha.

Only to see Jensen's gorgeous face, it's definitely worth watching it.

I'm really not very far into it at all, still watching season 1, but I'm loving it so far. I think it's one of those ships where the friendship is as valid a thing as any romantic side to it. For me with Sherlock/John in BBC Sherlock - I totally ship it but I like friendship fics about as much as slashy ones.
