First let me say that this was an amazing story. My heart broke when I realized you killed Coop. I've never had the guts to do that, but you warmed my heart so much with the ending. Wouldn't it be freaking fantastic if the past six months had been an awful dream? *prays this happens* I love that you went back to the day you did. It was the perfect time to pick. ***hug***

When we first heard the news of John leaving the show and Coop's likely demise, I thought man I wish the last 6 months could be erased. Hence the idea for the story. June 10 was the last date "our" couple were together with any decent scenes. I remembered Ashlee waking up and finding the note on the pillow and the story came together. I couldn't resist putting in the line about the scripts. When my cousin died unexpectedly, I felt like I had been thrown in a different world and someone else was dictating my motions. I knew Ashlee would feel the same way about losing Coop and with the crap we've been fed the last 6 months, the line just seemed appropriate. I'm glad it put a smile on your face. *grin*

OMG, Tracy! I am a little in love with this story. It was all just a bad dream, how great would it be if that was actually true? *grin* This was just perfect. The day you went back to was a great choice, Coop saying he would fight for her... just the whole thing was awesome.

I'm glad you liked the story so much. I have wished several times that the last 6 months could be erased, so in my LJ world I decided to make it happen. Poof!
