As seen on kradical

No surprises here, Yeoman Rand. And those better be regulation go-go boots.

Though I thought Enterprise was the better show (regardless of it's short life), TNG was the only other series that I could tolerate. I never could get in to Star Trek (except when I was 9). ;-)

I got Enterprise to my neverending shame. I loved all the TNG gen shows. Even Voyager was pretty good IMO. As much as I like Bakula UPN made getting into Enterprise extremely difficult. Plus the constant rock music and depressing underdog story lines. Bleh.

Maybe I cab get a shot to cure me of the Enterprise.

I don't know....Voyager with Jeri Ryan in that skin tight uniform, that's tough to beat.

You're violating a commenting rule here on Bohemian Word Werks, but since you're new, I'll let it slide.

Anytime you're discussing attractive women (or men, but I don't get as interested), your opinions must be backed up with photographic evidence!

Alles klar? Gut!

I took care of it for you, btw.

Mmmmm... That's nice... :-D

The last picture that's all PhotoShopped up makes her look like a younger version of Wendi McClendon-Covey (aka Deputy Clementine Johnson).

"Alles klar? Gut!"

Just out of curiosity, have you ever seen The League of Gentlemen? Hilarious UK show that got darker and darker each season (I think there were 3 seasons with several "specials" afterwards). It's a tie between The League of Gentlemen and Spaced! for me. ;-)

No, I've heard they're very good.

TOS all the way for me, natch, at 90%, with, oddly enough, Enterprise coming in next at, I think, 65%.

I don't trust any starships where the bridge looks like a freakin' living room.

I never understood the draw of the original series to people of my generation (I'm 37). Shatner was such a ham he was hard to watch and impossible to take seriously. The special effects looked like a bad Halloween party. The writing was preachy (hammer you on the head preachy). I just don't get it.

That said once the original cast got into the movies I though they were great. Except for the one with the whales. Yes, I know it was the highest grossing Star Trek film. I don't care. I thought it sucked.

On a related note Wil Wheaton is the Keynote Speaker this your at the Penny Arcade Expo. I was never crazy about his character on TNG and was glad when he left the show. I tihnk I like him more now that he advocates for geek living.

As for the ladies I'm gonna have to go with the Dax girls of DS-9. What can I say I like cute brunettes.

Jadzia Dax
