Jimmy went to jam tonight. The band has a gig tomorrow night, so they're going to get in as much practice as they can leading up to it. Yesterday was a fine day. Not only did I see my sister graduate, which to be honest caused me a few tears, but I saw some fine people that I hadn't seen since her last annual slumber party. My sister is graduating from college this weekend. Woo hoo! I don't have the disposable income for what I'd like to get her: round-trip tickets to Paris, etc. What is a nice, reasonably-priced gift for a (grown-up) grad? Just a little something to say, "I'm proud of you, dammit!" I have been considering a monogrammed business card case.

I dropped the kids off again this morning, (Jimmy's still headachey and didn't sleep well), and decided to take the scenic route and drive by the coast on my way back.
