Yikes. That all sounds a bit scary. I'm glad you can still make dinner though. :)

I just checked out that recipe and I think I'm going to have to make it when I get home. I wonder how it would be with dried, tart cherries?

I think it would be wonderful, as the tartness would provide an even better contrast to the sweetness of the white chocolate. The flavor of the cranberries goes well with the other stuff, but it's not very high contrast because the cranberries are also so very sweet.
