I really feel sorry for whatever unfortunate woman procreated with that asshole.
No shit. And the kids too. The younger one is too little to understand much of what's going on, but the older one for sure realizes that Daddy doesn't much give a shit about being a parent. There are worse kinds of abuse, but neglect leaves its mark too.
