So, I gave that nutritional pep talk yesterday, and now I'm having diet soda and the Anti-Oxident NUT-rition Mix that Tonya sent me, for breakfast. At noon.

"It's not what you do on occasion that matters, it's what you do every day." I have found that to be astonishingly true. Even when I thought I was making sooo many exceptions that surely I was going to start feeling like crap, start gaining weight. But adhering to my guidelines most of the time has truly bourne fruit over the long-term.
Take today: Just because I'm being a little slack this morning (and it could have been so much worse: bag of chips, doughnut), doesn't mean that my nutritional standards are buggered for the whole day. I still have Greek yogurt and apples waiting for me. :-)
