Competed in my first 5K on saturday and finished in 27 minutes and 48 seconds ranking 693rd of 1614 people. So not great but not bad. My aim was just to finish in under 30 minutes. Well done for the running - and can't really beat the route for scenery! Really hoping to get back into it myself in the summer - Cambs not so interesting....

I did a sponsored run last year, mainly because i wanted to prove to myself that I could do something that was totally out of my comfort zone - being a natural born sloth...but I really enjoyed it once I got past the initial pain!

I manage 5K in about an hour.
But i do enjoy the walk.
