So today I kind of went nuts with the kitchening. There are reasons for this: I take my lunch to work,so I just make one thing, and make enough to last all week. I also don't like having to actually cook breakfast,not even toast, but since I'm still not allowed starches, i.e, cereal in any form, I've been having to make scrambled eggs. Saturday is generally my cooking/food prep day 'cause that's when I go to the Farmer's Market, bright and early. Yesterday I made a big batch of Celandine's Gazpacho which is my latest favorite thing.

Are you liking that cookbook? Should I get one for my cooking son-in-law? (My girls have all shown great wisdom in selecting Men Who Cook.)

That dressing might work well with dill.

Yes, I like the cookbook, and I think the cooking son-in-law would probably get good use out of it!

I try to cook ahead on weekends, because when I get home from work, I usually have just enough energy to find the takeout menu for "Bamboo Palace." Today, I made a big pot of eggplant spaghetti sauce.
Egg curry sounds excellent.
