She didn’t even have to go through the door.
The woman asked for her name, and she just said her true name. After all, she wasn’t being chased, like Shinichi was. “Oh! Are you looking for the guy in the nonsmoking room?” For certain, there was a slight smirk on the woman’s face.
One that didn’t make Ran very happy, but she just nodded as she was led to the place.
“…I came.”

"Ran." He moved over to get her chair for her. "I'm glad." He waited for the hostess to leave before whispering to her, keeping his voice low so no one could hear him.
"I used your name to get the table, I hope that's okay?"

Though she would soon become eighteen in a few months. As she took a seat, she had a small smile and had her hand on her chin. It wasn’t in a mysterious way, but more like in the way that she was glad to see ‘Shinichi’ again.
Then that one question came up. The obvious one, too. “What did you want to talk to me about?”

"Y-yeah.. I.." Turned back to face her, overcome with a sense of admiration. He could do this. He had to do this.. he might not get another chance.
"R-Ran I.." He stopped to stare at her some more. He needed to get it together, preferably before their was a murder that would occupy his time.
