Tesla is going full tilt producing Model S cars at the Fremont formerly NUMMI plant location. They recently sold 100 white model S cars to Iceland. Might have one by April at this rate, and they should produce about twenty thousand this year, that's 384 cars a week. Each car that has the 300 mile range 85KW battery has 7000 laptop cells bolted in the case under the floor. That's a lot of laptop batteries.

My! How much do it cost to haul from Westmoreland, all the way to Arcadia?

Fortunately, towing up to 200 miles is covered by my AAA Premier Plus. That's $104. a year.
This is the first tow of the year, the other 3 have to be under 100 miles to be covered.
Westmoreland, down in Imperial County, is 150 miles from Arcadia.
