*is intrigued* I got the impression - sort of - that Light and Misa and L are already nobodies, which might explain a lot. (And now I have the mental image of L trying sea-salt ice cream)
...hurm. This opens up all sorts of odd questions. The notebooks wouldn't work on the heartless, obviously, since the notes (as far as I've figured) work by destroying identities and the heartless have lost that. Would it work on the Nobodies, though? They have identities - they *are* identities, and little more - so the notebook still might work...
Also. Larxene and Misa would hate each other. (Though I can see Axel and L getting along.)

They haven't seen any Nobodies yet, so who can say? Although it'd be tricky to give a heart attack to a being that doesn't have one...
