So I managed to survive the end of the semester with only one grading snafu, even if it did mean spending May 7th doing nothing but reading final papers and assembling final grades from 8:30 in the morning until four o' clock in the afternoon

It's kind of 'meh' so far. Assigned readings, assigned things to post about, some sort of quiz over the material... but then again the class only just started, so maybe it'll get more interesting with time.
