Stranger things have happened. :) Write to me (if you've lost the address, just write to editrx at livejournal dot com and it forwards to my regular mail). Your sentences are surely just fine, I'll bet. And if they aren't, we can beat them into submission through applications of chocolate.
You didn't know because, like I said, I've been pretty quiet about it. Hope you enjoy it: comments are love. ::grin:: Haven't written anything since the end of the most recent season, but I suspect there will be more coming soon. Ideas have been brewing....
Put down the red pencil and walk away. Just walk away. No throat-slitting allowed!
Better now?
*tosses a paragraph in your direction*
Rose ignored the blast of icy wind that knocked her hood from her head as she tried to swallow around the lump in her throat. She hesitantly reached out a hand to him, but the Doctor suddenly flung his arms around her, clutching her to his chest with panicky tightness, burying his face in her hair and the collar of her parka. Her mittened fingers dug into the back of his coat, but no matter how hard she tried, she couldn't hold him any tighter. "Doctor, I don't... " she began, but found that she couldn't continue because his lips were in the way, pressing urgently against her own. She broke the kiss to find him staring at her with a dumbfounded expression on his face, and her mouth tingled from what had not been, as far as she knew, a barrierless kiss.

I pray for vampires. It would improve this text immeasurably.
Though this book does seem to suck.

I'll leave the paragraph at that. Strange things are afoot - you'll find out what is going on soon enough. *grins*
