::hint: it might help if you would add a link to the wishlist, since it's a little difficult to find it otherwise::

There is a link to the Wish List on my sidebar: been there for a year now. :)

The link is here, for ease.

When he emerges long enough, we hope to have photos. He's soooo shy!

::whispers:: You know, I can share those DVDs with you right now, if you wanted.

Hmmm. Email me. I have some files, and missing others (hard drive ate a bunch, plus never did get the extras, of course). Editrx at livejournal dot com.

I also have the whole make-avi-into-true-DVD-format thing going on. The Mac makes it a bit easier (hello Toast!), but I need to update my software to be usable for converting on the new OS of the Mac I have now (old software version won't do the conversion or write to DVDs on this Mac, only the really old, really slow Mac -- it took over 2 hours to convert, then burn on the old Mac for one episode of a show ... ouch!).

Hugs.

Yay, Josh! What a sweet-looking kitty. Here's hoping there's more pictures soon!

We are so hoping he will emerge enough for photos. I've been following your kitties progress lately. Hugs for them both (and you, of course, dear lady).

Today Josh burrowed under the comforter in the guest room and lumped himself there all day. :)

You have every right to whine and complain in your own journal.

Yes, times are tough for a lot of us, but one thing that got me through the last couple of years of adjusting to 1) being unemployed/unemployable and 2) a severe drop in income was remembering that as bad and horrific as things seem to me right now, there have places in history that have been much more horrific and people like me managed to muddle through those times.

Doesn't make it any less sucky or make me wish it were otherwise, but it does give me a perspective of hope that I, too, will get through this. And, for me, it is happening. Not as quickly as I would like, but in such a way that I can now think about a future that is more than two days distant.

So, got an address where we might be able to send, if not purchased items, homemade goodies or crafted items and what types are acceptable?

Oo. Homemade goodies always welcome! I'm not picky - I love seeing the creativity of others. (I knit, myself -- in fact, I'll end up with some pressies to exchange this holiday because I'll be crocheting/knitting samples for a book I'm copyediting: they want me to do the testing too! For money, no less! Hah! ::can hardly believe grown-ups do this for a living sometimes::)

My webpage has our address on it, since it's also my offices: windhaven.com.

Hugs.

And what a lovely cat you have there!

Thank you for the info. I will bookmark it for reference.

That is Koron - named for the Dark Lord in the story my SO and I are writing. Dark - not evil.

KoronKitty is all black, even the insides of his ears are dusky, not pink. And his eyes are olive colored. And he is such a snuggle bug. Your new baby is pretty and I hope he settles in quickly.
