I think that's a hollyhock, isn't it? Unusual colour, though...
If I'm right...hollyhocks are Malvaceae, Digitalis (foxglove) is Plantagenaceae, so they're not closely related...but I've not been on a taxonomic winning streak lately.
In any case, I love the colour and the markings on the petals, and the sky in the second one (especially how it reflects from the metal).
LOL Please don't bow - I'm frequently wrong and always open to being contradicted if someone else has better information! I love your nature-related PoDs, though - "guess the flower/insect" is a marvellous game. :D
