Good evening! Tonight I'll be making an icon of the handsome Chrona from Soul Eater.
We'll be going from this to this.
Nothing too difficult in here.
Keep in mind these values are relative to this particular image. They will not always work for your images.

1. Crop your base. I'm going with the standard 100x100 pixels. Sharpen if necessary.

Attention: I once again apologize for the agitation of the spacing. I don't know if this just becoming a matter of luck on my part, or if I'm messing up in my coding. If anyone knows how to resolve this, help would be very appreciated. ^^

The coding decided to funk up the spacing. Sorry about that. Don't know why it does it.
