It's the same here - the houses in the new development across the street have teeny tiny gardens. Argh!

Gardens are one thing - but TREES! these places need more TREES. Not just for looks, but for stuff like shade (of the house). I despair.

This isn't actually as bad as some of the other houses I saw on HGTV... The houses places super close to each other - compared to those this is very spacious! :)

There's a community right next to us where you can have a train running through your backyard multiple times a day and night and pay $500k for the privilege.
