The title of that one's a pun, but only if you speak English. The Romance of the Three Kingdoms is one of the classics of Chinese literature, a novel about a war. "Romance" -- "yanyi" -- in this case means something like "OTT fiction"
The "Romance" in the title of this is "Lian," which means "romance" in the sense that we use it when we talk about couples.
So the English titles of both novel and song is the same, but the Chinese titles are totally different. 8-)
