I'm trying a tactic now where I'm working in ten-minute chunks:
- Work for 10 minutes.
- Take a 2-minute break.
- Work on something else for 10 minutes.
- Take a 2-minute break.
...And cycle through until you've touched on all your important tasks, then start over. I ran across the tactic a week or so, and haven't tried it before - but it's really working! I'm getting so much more done.
...and there goes the timer - my 2 minutes is up. ;) But I appreciate the offer, and when I don't feel quite so overwhelmed I may take you up on it. :) (And I don't think I do have your number, but I certainly know where to find you, and I can look on WebDB if all else fails.)
