Sky has Inara's journal (he sleeps with it under his pillow), and I think he and Bridge may have Ghost's as well- I'll have to ask KK.

Simon has Geranium and the first River/Serenity's journals. He used to have both of Kaylee/Serenity's, but when he forgot her, they both went back to the library.

Castle has Nikki's and both of Promise's journals.
