(no subject)
Yesterday, Code mentioned how people needed something to lift their spirits, and Bastet wholeheartedly agreed. So I thought it might be cool to have her rent out Smoke's for a night, buy up lots of food and drink, and invite people to come partake of both until they're gone. Jen's already given me permission (thank you!).
Your character does not need to be friends with or even know Bastet to come. XD This is purely out of her own need to arrange a collective "Fuck you, you won't break us" to the Sphere.
So, I'm mainly throwing this out there to gauge interest. While I figure most people will show up for free food in RL or RP XD I didn't want to interfere with anything else people had planned.
If enough people are interested, I'll likely set up an open log this weekend, perhaps with threads set up for different areas of the bar. People can tag in as/when they wish.

ETA: All right, looks like there's enough interest. XD Feel free to use this post for plottings, if needed. I'll get a log up before tomorrow (Friday) night, and set it for Friday night, since the ice storm starts the next day.
