So they had really put it up, the booth that had been mentioned on the network. Clow observed them with some bemusement from a safe distance, or so he thought, standing a few stalls away. It was true that everyone coming to speak to them and receive their hugs seemed pleased by the result, but Clow wasn't sure if he wanted to go. He should probably try to cheer himself up first, before resorting to strange measures. And he wasn't exactly sure that he was uncheerful, anyway. Sure, he wasn't as vibrant as Cephiro or Gai or the redheaded woman smiling there, but someone had to be serious, didn't they?

He was really thinking too hard about this.

Of course they put it up. Gai wasn't going to invite people over and not construct a booth or man it! That would probably be disappointing when disappointing was the last thing they wanted to be. In between visitors, Gai noted that they were being watched.

"Are you coming over this way, Clow?" He made sure his voice carried far enough that the young man could hear him. Gai didn't know that he knew Clow well enough to simply play-assault him into a hug like he'd done with Axel, but since he saw that the boy was there he could invite.

"Hello!" Kagerou leaned her hands on the back of a chair, tilting it backwards as she herself leaned forward over it. If Gai had spotted someone in need of a hug, the least she could do would be to enable. "Please come on over. I promise we don't bite. Only hug, and only by request, really."

Well, if it was only by request, he supposed that meant it was safe. He made his way through the crowd to stand nearby, although he made sure to avoid the line for hugs, just in case his intentions were mistaken.

"Is it working?" he asked after a moment. It was that or express astonishment that they'd built the booth at all, and since he'd never met the redhead, he wasn't sure he wanted to possibly insult her.
