It was dark. The first thing she did was start to cry. She didn't mean to, she really didn't, but she was only half-awake and the feeling of being alone hurt so much. You promised...

She reached up to wipe away the tears and realized something was impeding her motions. Opening her eyes was a struggle and what she saw was a confusing mass of color before she had to close them almost immediately. Panic began to set in and she shoved out. Her breath hitched in her throat and she half-swallowed whatever it was that she was stuck in.

Confused, but not wanting to remain trapped she clawed her way out to free air. And immediately flopped out onto the floor. Oof! Sitting up she began coughing up what she swallowed while wiping at her eyes. Now the tears were really coming, though that was more to get the goop out than because she was upset.

He went from wandering streets to being trapped in some sort of gooey cage, and he didn't like that. Being caged felt unnatural. Groggily, as if he'd been asleep, he batted at the barrier, trying to figure it out.

To his surprise it broke, that easily, dumping him on the ground. He got to his feet as quickly as he could, even though there was slime everywhere. If there was a threat, if this was some form of fun, he couldn't see a threat. But for some reason he was naked. Oh well.

Then his gaze fell on pink hair and he blinked at the small form. "I know ya?"

When the first cocoon started to move, Yachiru jumped up with her supplies. This would hopefully be awesome. She had barely started her run over when a second cocoon burst and another person slipped out.

Blinking, a little surprised, she grabbed a second new person bundle and started to run over. "Hi, and welcome to Edensphere naked peop... huh?" She paused mid-sentence as one of the people spoke. That voice sounded familiar, so familiar in fact that she jumped, dropping her stuff as she ran over and pointed at him.

"You!" She knew that didn't answer his question, but she was excited. "Yeah you know me silly! You're my giant! But I gotta tell you and the crying lady here all about this place!"

At the sound of voices she rubbed at her eyes extra hard and opened them. There was a pink-haired girl and a... naked... man.

... ... ...She was naked too wasn't she. She quickly turned away from both of them trying to cover herself. If her face was a little red, well this was embarrassing. Even more so because both of them were acting like it wasn't.

"H-hey! I am not crying! ...What's going on?"

He blinked. Well then, apparently he'd found the pink-haired giggler. He was in the right place, then, wherever this was. "Yer giant? Guess so." It didn't feel like an unfamiliar concept, and he'd go with it.

Looking over at the 'crying lady,' Rukongai saw her trying to hide herself. He tried not to smirk, but it didn't work very well. For her sake he looked away. It didn't change that he was amused. "Sure ya ain't cryin'? Looked it." Teasing done, he focused back on the little girl. "Could use tellin' 'bout this place. Don't seem ta know anythin'. Don't figure adults are supposed ta fall out of these things, either." He gestured at the burst cocoons and the intact ones. He couldn't have been in there long; his limbs weren't cramped.
