Location: The Hall of Beginnings
Rating: PG-13 for the usual nudity. And tentacles.
Summary: Esthar and Hashi arrive in Edensphere, and someone is there to--oh god it's a tentacle monster!!!!!

One coccoon burst later, and a young man was sprawled on the floor, a bit dazed from how hard he hit. A cough came from him as he pushed himself up. His mind felt blank, like a blackboard washed clean. All he did remember was his dream. It was... Unnerving. Disturbing. He didn't want to remember, but he did. Finally, he was on his feet, and as he finally wiped the slime from his eyes and let them focus, he wished he hadn't.

He wasn't sure which was worse: the fact he was naked, or the fact he was naked with a tentacle monster standing less than a few feet away.

The second one burst not a second later, dropping another man onto the floor. He was considerably older, as seen by streak of grey in his sopping, goopy hair. He blinked owlishly for a moment, trying to recall why he would be in green goop but came up blank. He... remembered nothing? Why? How?

His head didn't hurt, so he couldn't have hit it again. All he did remember was a dream. A rather sad one but also... nice, in a way. But no names had been dropped, nothing. Just a picture with an unseen face and an office.

He groaned and pushed himself to his knees, rubbing at his face to get the slime off and get a better look at his surroundings. There was someone else in the room too. In the same position as he was. Naked and slimey. Where were his clothes anyway? This just felt really wrong. Really, if he was going to wake up somewhere, he would like to have his clothes, thank you. He stopped short at the tentacle monster in front of him. "Uh..."

Bernard extended two tentacles in the young man's direction, one with a towel and one with clothes for him.

But then she saw the older man as she was extending two of her tentacles in his direction... And just stared. He was a very gorgeous, mature man - just like her beloved, Fugue!

She reached out with two tentacles to wrap his towel around him, then hugged him tightly, chittering happily. She liked this one.

He started to dry off with his towel - then saw the monster grab the other man. He didn't know why, but he had to do something! "O-oi!" he cried (surprising himself at how loud he was), running over and grabbing at the tentacles wrapped around the other man, trying to pry them off, "Let him go!" He couldn't just stand there and do nothing; he just couldn't. The massive blank that was his memory was on the back burner.

He flailed a bit with he was suddenly hugged (thank goodness for the towel!) and started when the other man tried to help him. "A-Ah, it's okay, I think its just... hugging me?"

Right? I mean, this thing did nothing else and chittered.

But now he felt incredibly awkward and gently pried the tentacles off so he could stand and wrap the towel more securely.

Oh they both wanted hugs! That was so cute! She released the handsome man before cuddling both the young boy and him again as she chittered gleefully.

But she released them after a bit, offering them both the rest of their newborn bundles - one in each tentacle. Then she patted both of them on the head, and pointed at their journals in the stack.

Then she scooted to the side and indicated beyond the Hall of Beginnings.

"GAAAAAH!" He couldn't believe what was happening as the creature... hugged him. Thankfully that was all it did, but that was enough to break his brain. Numbly, he took what was offered to him, slowly coming back to some sense of reality as the creature motioned to the outside. He looked to the man who had awoken with him, unsure what to do.

Esthar was also brain broken. He stared at the creature as it patted him on the head. He took the clothes and stared at the man next to him. Then, he looked to the way the monster pointed. Were they... suppose to leave now?

"Um..." He turned to the other man again. "I think we're suppose to leave now?"
