He wasn't normally one to wake this early, but weary though he may have been he couldn't help but loosen up a bit in her presence... though his language would never really show it.
Well, relaxed or not, tired or not, he was still getting his hot.
"I'd sooner take my leave of the presses, besides, With the newcomers arriving in droves as they've been..."

"I'm always told I'll get fat if I drink things like this, but there's nothing wrong with a little milk in your tea, is there?" Before any protest is made, she happily paid for their breakfast.
"I completely forgot to grab my jacket on the way out the door this morning, and it's supposed to be really windy today. At least I keep the shop warm. ...Shall we be off?"

And he sprung right into stride from that. Apparently, the thought of inclement weather didn't bother him one bit; then again, he'd seemed all the more stoic since he emerged from the elevator after so many days, if a little bit quieter to boot. With a few paces of distance between them, he glanced over a shoulder, bidding Rose catch his pace. "Come hither. Let's walk."

Ahh... and there it went again, that funny feeling in her stomach. As Reed moved ahead, Rose found herself falling behind in silence. She pulled the jacket around her, despite not feeling cold, and wondered if it was okay to like how someone smelled. Then again, she wasn't entirely human to begin with...
...oh. That's right... he didn't know yet, did he?
"Come hither. Let's walk.""Oops. Sorry! Coming!" She jogged a little to catch up, and easily met his pace. As they walked, a subtle, funny little feeling occurred ( ... )

Perhaps he should have drank that milk tea a bit more slowly; he was starting to stumble now and then, a bit of offcenteredness that slowly eased him further into Rose's path- oh dear, he actually bumped against her that time. He offered a hasty apology.
"I'm terribly sorry, Rose; something has set me off-balance..."
