He was surprised to see his clothing change as soon as he entered the stadium. Red, with gold lining, and... well, a bit of armor. What would he need armor for if he was just going to be a spectator?

No, he was not going to play a game with them. He may have read the board and he may have... a broom in his hand right now, but no, he was not going to play. He did not want to play!

"I'm... Stigmata," he mumbled. There were too many people around, and he was sure more were coming in. How to wrangle himself out of this, he had no idea.

A distraction was in order. There had been more than enough surprises for Lucy this week. First Alexi returned and Aurora returned as well. Fullmetal had also returned as she tried to smile her way through a broken heart. She'd already cried for a good couple of hours as she made her way to the Wilderness. Her eyes had a slightly lost look to them behind the redness. It hurt more than the worst injury ever would she looked up at the towering walls of the Pitch.

Her injured hand kept her from playing the game as she pulled her beanie hat lower to hide the cut above her eye. Her clothing had changed to a long, flowing black robe and a different type of uniform as she searched for the stairs that lead to the stands. First thing, she spotted a basket full of flags as she made her way over to it. Crouching down, she examined the contents.

"Is it okay if I use this," she asked quietly as she wrapped a hand around the handle of a flag.

Hopefully nobody would notice the couple of tears that rolled down her cheeks.

Monarch had no intention of playing any game, she just wanted to see what all the fuss was about. However, upon stepping into the Wilderness she found herself with a broom in her hand wearing some crazy yellow-gold armored outfit. This just would not do.

Still, she found herself walking over, leaning her broom against her side as she folded her arms under her chest. "Monarch. We got enough people to do this yet?"

Only by Eyepatch's instigation did Rabbit find himself down in the Wilderness again. He hadn't been back since he was mercilessly thrown into jail for being associated with a litterer. No more Hollywood. Never. Ever. 'kay?

Regardless, he'd promised to arrive as a medic and so he did. Somehow. With a white lab coat. Where it came from, he didn't know. But it was there.

And he was there too. On the bench. Who knows when he got there. He just did. Because that's what a sneaky rabbit does.

"Yo, I'm Rabbit. Medic. Not playing ♥" Besides, a one-eyed player probably wasn't very useful anyway.

Picking her way carefully through the Wilderness, Companion was surprised to find herself clad in a long black robe with a blue and silver trim. Smiling slightly, she glanced around as she approached, noticing Lucy sitting up in the stands. Nodding to the gathered participants, she found a flag and made her way to where Lucy was sitting.

"Hello all, I hope to be impressed by your game, so please play well so Lucy and I can cheer you on."

Lucy quickly scrubbed at her eyes before giving the cheeriest smile she could muster and waving to Companion. The flag she'd grabbed before settling into the stands was blowing idly in the breeze. She looked at the six rings, three on each side with a curious look on her face.

"Remember to play fair!" she shouted down to the players.

The redhead wedged over onto the bench to join Companion and Lucy on the bench. He was there. Somehow. Suddenly. Because that's what Rabbit did. "Yo ♥" he greeted them with a friendly wave.

Glancing at Lucy it was easy to see that something was bothering her. Wrinkling her nose, she reached over and lightly rubbed the girl's shoulder, sympathizing. "Yes, while we don't know the game we'll know if you're cheating."

She was momentarily surprised when someone joined them suddenly. "Hello, I'm Companion, have we met?" she smiled at Rabbit, holding out her hand. He was dressed as a medic, and she almost wanted to ask him to examine Lucy, but felt it wasn't her place.
