Consciousness was coming slowly to the orange lizard, but when he opened his eyes and looked around he was surprised to find himself imersed in a liquid of some kind. He inhaled without thinkig, flailing wildly as the stuff entered his mouth. Then suddenly he landed face first on the floor, coughing and sputtering until the thick substance was out of his mouth. Confused, he scanned the area trying to figure out where he was and why he'd been submerged. That had only been a dream...right?

W-well. That was... interesting. A small orange lizard? Granted, she had been used to Thing somewhat, but...

Get a grip, Steel, you may ogle later, she told herself, and she went over to the small thing, getting down to one knee in front of him- or her?

"That's all right- breathe slowly, normally. You are out now," she said. "Welcome to Edensphere. My name is Steel- and there is no worry if you cannot remember yours- no one who arrives here the first time does. We choose our names from the dreams we had before coming here."

She hands the newborn the towel.

Listening to what she said as he calmed down, he realized she was right he had no idea who what his name was. "We have to name ourselves?" he asked, although it made perfect sense. After all, he couldn't walk around nameless could he?

Accepting the towel he began to clean himself of the stuff he'd been swimming in, at the same time making sure everything else was still there. Tail? Check. Tail flame? Check. Claws? Check. Good, he was in one piece. "Thanks Steel. So this is Edensphere you said?"

A flaming... tail? A lizard with a flaming tail? Well, it could only mean one thing to her.

The tree seemed to have spawned a sentient dragon.

"Yes- it is mainly a tree in a large glass sphere. Perhaps it is where the 'sphere' portion of its name had come from," she replied as she stood to gather and give the newborn the essentials. The journal, the map, and, well, clothing. She was not sure it it needed clothing, but, all the same it was a formality. "Have you chosen a name for yourself, yet?"
