The guard adjusted her belt, which carried a pillow. The girl was dressed (thankfully) in a sort of breeches with a loose shirt, patterned with unicorns. She was unsure how to feel about them, but the bedclothes were something she was entirely unfamiliar with, not to mention uncomfortable in on duty. Since the beginning of the event, a slight blush had covered her cheeks.

Honor busied herself with being a guard instead of bothering with her pajama and slipped combination. "Well. Yourself?" She might not entirely like the man since her birth, but she had no proof he had done anything to warrant her dislike. She gently brushed the half of the ember stone hidden under her collar. The fact that he had an entourage of women doing his work bothered Honor, but she said nothing. To each his own.

Hopefully today would be short and she could be about her business.

Remnants of his dream gradually ebbed away as he began to wake. He blinked in confusion, thinking that he still had storm water in his eyes before realizing that he was surrounded by a strange, viscous liquid. Somehow, this didn't alarm him. On one hand, he could still breathe; on the other, he probably would've been able to handle it anyway by holding his breath.

How long had he been here anyway?

He noted that he was floating around, encased by something that he couldn't really identify. There wasn't anything in here--there wasn't really anything to do other than perhaps ponder his dream. As confusing as that was, however, his curiosity got the better of him... Where was he, anyway? So he gave the shell a tentative push, finding it was soft and gave way at his touch.

Actually, it gave so much way that he and its gooey contents spilled forward from that hole before the rest of the cocoon crumbled behind him.

"Uggh..." He exhaled, spitting some goo onto the floor before bringing his hand to his face to get excess goop out of his

"As well as I can be with the strange ailment. I get the feeling my shift will be cut short today when the medics run out of extra hands to handle the infected," he replied casually, setting down his teacup and grabbing some towels. He'd heard something, and knew precisely what that meant.

"That's enough, ladies. You may cease your fussing over the handouts," he spoke in a crisp tone to the three girls, who stopped immediately and folded their hands before them. One of them, Brunhild, bearing that green eye and one blue eye, blinked owlishly at Honor in mild confusion. They seemed to do that a lot to strangers, just stare. It was an awful habit Lezard was attempting to teach them not to do.

Stepping through the sea of cocoons, he found the hatchling as he gagged out the fluid contents of his lungs. Bending down, he presented the towels.

"Happy birthday, and welcome to Edensphere. We have clothes, and we have the answers to your questions, as I'm sure you've plenty. Come with me."

She nodded a silent agreement. He seemed to know precisely what to do and was caught up in the odd stare of one of the women with whom Lezard kept his company today. She felt a blush covering her cheeks at the unwanted attention. She instead looked toward the newborn.

Who happened to be male. She quickly averted her violet eyes, her face turning the shade of a cherry. It had to be a man. Well, at least Lezard knew what to do. A benefit the man brought to this ordeal. And to Honor, it was an ordeal.

"Your dream..." Honor attempted without looking at the newborn. "Is your only clue... right now, at least." She locked her eyes on a very interesting portion of a wall. "You may find people who know you, but as for now, pick a name which you feel suits yourself. Most choose something in relation to their dream."

Edensphere? That didn't sound particularly familiar. Clothes? He dragged himself, sitting on the floor and covering himself with one hand while wiping gunk out of his eyes with the other. Once his eyes cleared and the goop wasn't bothering him, he took the towels and began battling off the rest of it. Glancing around, he found that he didn't recognize anyone--but there were three girls who looked really similar. Replicas? There were replicas in his dream, after all...

If anything, he appreciated the view.

"Edensphere, huh?" He finally spoke for the first time after hearing what the two had to say. Funny how the dream was the only clue; thinking about it, he didn't really know anything else. "Is it normal to just... wake up like this and not recognize anything or anyone around you?"
