Summary: CHOMP, goes the elevator, as it snags up its last group.

Despite mourning the death of his wife, Hakuteiken very dutifully went to work. Although he'd really prefer the time off to grieve, he wasn't fortunate enough to be in the position in which he could do so. With that, he might as well be a shining example in the workplace as he sought out a greater position.

He'd already planned out the day; perhaps if he had time, he would visit Housekeeping HQ and seek a greater more suitable position of employment with them. So he approached the elevator and found that someone else had already called it and was simply waiting for its arrival.

Naturally, he didn't outwardly acknowledge the other and instead waited nearby.

Stretching her limbs out, Pixie glided towards the duo next to the elevator. Her mouth was spread into a grin that seemed to wide for her face and a giggle spilled from her lips. She was in an unusually good mood today.

"Hello," she said, hovering near the two.

His expression remained neutral as his mind slipped into various daydreams, the quiet individual that joined him given a soft "yo" to acknowledge his presence. The man's silence was enough to judge that this guy was definitely the life of the party, and this would be a fun little elevator ride.

His daydream dissolved when he heard a giggle, and his blue eyes focused. Really focused. Here was someone he hadn't met before, and she seemed to be in the mood for an elevator ride, herself. This changes everything!

"And hello to you, cutie!" A winning smile lit up his face and he dipped into a gentlemanly bow.

"Let me see if I can hurry this mean old elevator up so you're not waiting around statues like this guy here! Elevator! I command you to pick up the pace!" He turned and yelled at the closed doors, giving them a knock.

Ding. The doors opened, no sooner had he knocked thrice. This was of course a coincidence, but he flipped his hair nonetheless and smirked.

"There we go! Ladies first! Where are you headed today?"

How... transparent the other acted. It was clear he was rather biased, but it wasn't like Hakuteiken wanted anything to do with it. It wasn't harmful, nor was it his business.

Hakuteiken waited for the others to pile into the elevator before stepping in himself, chiming along with the others replying bluntly, "Second floor."

He examined the others; perhaps he'd seen them in passing but couldn't really place names to them. Besides, their bodies might have been switched, just as his was. It was the same body as the week or so before, and he found himself rather irritated by it for one reason or another that he couldn't quite pinpoint.

Zipping straight into the elevator once the doors opened, Pixie hovered just inside as she waited for the others to enter. She grinned widely as she appeared to 'sit' on the roof of the elevator.

"I'm going to explore around the Marketplace. Where are you going?" She asked the nice man who'd began talking to her.
