Scavenging

Summary: Brooklyn and Data meet up at the Scavengers' Yard as planned, and go hunting for computer parts.

Brooklyn drew his coat tighter about him as he emerged from the elevator into the Scavengers' Yard, realizing as he did so that he wasn't quite sure what Data looked like and that he probably should have asked.
He resisted the natural urge to go digging right away as he usually did- after all, he'd arrived for his shift early so he could do some exploring, and stood near the elevator to wait for Data instead. As he waited, he bent down to scoop up some snow in his blue mittens and make an attempt to juggle snowballs- only to have one SPLAT on his face.
"Oof!" he said to nobody.
