What little did she know indeed.

I cannot believe I am going out in public like this. Simply cannot believe it. Of course, I already did it once -- Dash was incredibly flustered -- but still!Shiro glared at the outfit for a long moment. It wouldn't even let him put a coat on over it. Damnable thing. Ah well, at least he had the minor condolence that the chest portion had clearly been flattened to suit him, so he didn't have what was obviously a space for breasts hanging there looking stupid. Little blessings. He'd take them ( ... )

"No, I just got here a few minutes ago," she answered, though she forced her gaze not to wander despite color reaching her face. She was ready to silence Peke if he were to start saying something, but it appeared the robot still had some tact to keep his trap shut.

Kitty gestured to one of the many benches scattered around the park. It was your average fall day, a little on the chilly side, so sitting in the sunshine would help their complete wardrobe malfunctions in the 'keeping warm' department. She was just happy to have gloves on at this point, despite the considerable lack of undergarments. "I really appreciate you coming, Shiro. I'm happy to see you outdoors despite the situation."

"...Are you cold?" She asked quietly, eyebrows furrowing in concern. Any attempt this morning to put on something underneath her costume ended in failure, so she was certain there was really no way in hell the tree would allow something as convenient as a jacket. She had a seat upon the bench, careful not to sit upon her tail like she sort of did ( ... )

"Good, I didn't want to keep you sitting out here." Shiro was clearly irked by the outfit, if the furrow between his brows was any indication. Honestly, showing this much skin? That was ridiculous. Nobody in their right mind should ever wear anything like this, it was just asking for trouble. Especially in the form of an arrow between the eyes.

He settled down on a bench, putting the bow down next to him and unslinging the quiver strapped to his back. It was distinctly odd; for all that the concept of a bow and arrows felt utterly familiar to him, carrying them around felt distinctly unfamiliar. He couldn't explain that one away so he put it aside, pushing up his glasses with one gloved hand.

Honestly, who in the world designed this?

"It is rather chilly, but I suppose there's not much to be done for it...are you?" That outfit didn't look too terribly insulating, all told. "One would think they would choose a more temperate time to spring things like this." He made a sour face at that.

"I'm designed to keep Kitty-sama as cool or warm as needed," Peke blurted, the spiral eyes on the hat narrowing.. somehow. Kitty firmly prodded the hat with a finger, mouth thinned into an unamused line. The robot quickly silenced and the expression was neutral.

"A-ah, do mind him. He's a little full of himself sometimes. He's also lying. Heh," she quickly explained, waving her hands a little sheepishly. The girl then took to undoing the knot and pulling away the corners of the cloth, revealing a large tumbler and two boxes. She was getting to be a right good cook, and had way too much fun shaping the food into things, as usual for bento.

"Anyway, um, I made two different entrees since I'm not sure of your preference, and I like both so I can take whichever you don't prefer. Miso or fish?" Kitty removed the two boxes after setting the tumbler aside, presenting Shiro with the boxes. They both had a pair of chopsticks each, and she had taken the time to put 'M' or 'F' on them to signify which was which.
