Argh I keep trying to get into FB to message you but apparently messaging is down, so hopefully you get this (or i get to you on there) - I'm finishing up the paper on those interview questions right now. I changed the names of everyone I interviewed, but if a gender reference comes up, how would you like to be addressed? So far, I've gotten by without any, but I thought I'd ask. :)
