*checks running story file* Oops, you know, he did just let the cat out of the bag! That's the sort of thing I would usually catch while editing a rough draft to a second draft, which, clearly, I am not doing during NaNo. Oh well. I suppose it will have to become a character point -- it seems that Riam is not so good with the whole power game and diplomacy thing, and is bad at keeping any secrets other than two Very Important ones that I've been hinting around.
