If you ask me how I am,  I'll tell you I'm fine (and I am) but I might hesitate for a beat before saying it. It's been one of those weeks. The weather in Indiana, never a selling point, has been particularly crappy. Last weekend we got snow. On Monday it warmed up and started raining. Because this is the second time in a month that a ton of snow
