I heart Luc Besson. Okay, a few of the films leading up to The Fifth Element, and not many of the ones after. But still! This goes into the "must see" queue.
New to me! thanks I'll check at the local comics stores. Fortunately, if the movie gets to the States, it will be somewhere in Chicago, and I follow the few venues which are candidates. I mean, mummy AND pterodactyl, and babe?!
Neat. I heard about this, but never saw anything about it. I love Tardi's work, and remember reading this story. The only reservation I have is Luc Besson. He does terrific openings--the first 10 minutes of Leon the Professional is terrific, the first 10 of Fifth Element is intriguing--but his movies quickly goes downhill from there.
