I used to get episcleritis every six months or so, usually after pulling all-nighters doing inventory at Half Price Books or prepping a book for publication. I have "ideopathic unilateral hearing loss" which means "yeah, you're right, you can't hear out of that ear very well."

I have tinnitus in both ears, my left worse than my right. It's even different tones and loud enough to make it hard to sleep at times. Sigh.
