It will probably be hard to find out more about it as the project seems small and isn't even listed on imdb.
But I managed to find this tiny bit of information about the filmmaker {Link}
In fact I asked Julia Jason, and she told me that she "made this short film as a trailer for 'Psychedelic Experience' a feature film about the history of pychedelic substances and how they have shaped mankind's conciousness."
