But you are impossible! *headdesk* I saw this question coming, LOL!
I just love everything beautiful, no matter what! And the pics of girls are beautiful, it's so easy to make icons of them! Besides that, there are lots of textures for such icons, with pastell colours, flowers etc. So, as I said, I used these pics for learning. It would be a pity to keep them in the drawer. Now I can take care of all the other WIPs.

As a matter of fact,you're right.We girls are beautiful,the salt of the Earth,the bees' knees,living pieces of art and all.My dear she-Dragon won't say it's not true!
Only very few men can be competitive.

YOUR icons are great!
I started making them just about three months ago and I still have to fight with problems of all kinds, sometimes I am desperate and nothing works at all. It's a hard work but it's also a challenge I appreciate!
