We decided to go check out the other mini golf course in Mandurah - the one that isn't part of the Carnival on the foreshore - because Dave can't stand the thought of me being the current winner for too long. Our next scheduled game at Oasis is too far away

That looks like a really neat mini-village. I just wish you hadn't had so much trouble getting there. What a time for a wrong turn to land you too near a nasty car accident. {sympathetic look}

The worst part was going round and round trying to find our way out of the detour. No signs pointing where to go.

There was a model train (12th picture down) which was supposed to work when you stepped on a bridge or pressed a button, but for some reason it wasn't budging.

Yes, a poorly marked detour in unfamiliar territory is particularly frustrating. {wry smile}

Too bad the train was on the fritz. That sounds like fun to play with. {Smile}
