I am sick of proanorexia. i left for liek am onth and now it's just like anorexicqueens like "thin thin biatches" and "gimme thinspo" and my favorite "My house is making me fat." No sweet heart you are making yourself fat..

Anyway, I am Rebecca aka TrampyHeels, have ED-NOS by my psych (I still have my periods) with anorexic tendencies.. I am not much of a speller but I don't type like lolcats unless it's an lolcat post. Then it's game on.

hi, im gem ive had ED-NOS for quite some time and ive now been diagnosed with bulimia. i find it really hard to be positive because ive no one to talk to about it and thought i would look on the internet for support. I thought about joining pro anorexia but i soon realised it was like a competition to see whos the thinnest and not a form of support.im just not buting the whole ''eewww eww im 93 pounds today so fat and disgusting''

Just a question:

Is there an age limit? I know that sounds harsh, and I know I'm really not one to talk being still a child myself. Won't bother explaining the cons and pros, as I'm sure you are well aware of them yourself.

Nope. There's no age limit here. What I try to do when I'm accepting people, is I look at their intro post, then take a gander at their profile and any journal entries that may be public just so I can get a feel for the person to see if they'll make a good fit into this community. If people get rejected, it may be because I didn't get a strong enough feel for who they are to make the decision as to whether or not they would contribute to the overall feel of the community. It's tough, and could be seen as a little arrogant on my part, but it's what keeps the wanna's out, and keeps this community as close and comfortable as possible. Have you posted an intro under the ugly hippo looking man yet?

No, posted in the post below here, but if you want me to I'll change it. Kinda understood afterwards when I saw the Friends only (yes, I am blind). Hope you don't see me as a wanna. I have a tendency of being ironic which the wannas are having a hard time understanding at all times, which again is funny (yes, yes, I've sunk low - but come on, how can I NOT do it! It's just too tempting. And I need to be on here now, and as there seems to only be a handful of people being able to keep up a conversation, I draw my weapons - it's the human survival-instinct kicking in: I need to stay, and it's how I make proana bearable for as long as I can).
